The Gowanda NYF boundary is a compact, walkable, and well-defined area that represents Gowanda’s traditional central business district.  Its geographic focus is designed to maximize the impact of the State’s $4.5 million investment in Gowanda’s revitalization.  Proposed NY Forward projects must be located within or near the NYF boundary.
